Standard Rate

Includes:

· Onsite service/support is billed in 30 minute increments.

· Remote/phone support is billed in 15 minute increments.

· Onsite service incurs a callout charge.

· All prices exclude GST.

Service Rate Price Casual or Account $105 per ½ hr

Note: Payment is due on completion of service except for account customers who get invoiced fortnightly.

Prepaid Rates

Prepaid packages are ideal for regular customers who want added flexibility and savings. Any additional expenses such as callout charges or parts are invoiced separately.

Support Plan Rates

Support Plans are ideal for customers who require a regular onsite technician. Plans are charged at the reduced rate of $80.00 per hour with any additional work (installations/upgrades/etc) also charged at this rate.

*The Monthly Rate plus Callout Charges for each scheduled visit in a month equals the total amount payable per month.
